Hear Our Radio Interview!

Dan Whitenack, the industrial psychologist and founder of OccupationProfessor.com, was fortunate to be interviewed recently on Atlanta Business Radio X about OccupationProfessor.com. It was a great interview on Dan's expertise in industrial psychology and the power and unique advantages of the OccupationProfessor.com testing and results! As the interview covers, there are so many factors which should be considered in occupational planning. While people of all ages question their best careers, and can benefit from such testing, there's a lot to be considered particularly for high school- and college-aged Millennials. It's a good idea to be raising questions about the best investments in college. The more we can help people think through these questions, the better: especially for long-term planning, as Dan discusses.

The interview also discusses how the transition to first (and consequent later) jobs has changed these days. Whereas traditionally college and bachelors degrees or advanced certifications were not necessarily required for all occupations, they have become common requirements in recent years. And that bachelors degree is not necessarily the liberal arts degree that traditionally opened the doors for so many different types of careers and occupational pursuits. The world has become more knowledge-focused.

Hear Why Career Testing and Planning Pays Off!

Although this proactive career planning and thinking is so advantageous for the students themselves, some of the biggest fans of OccupationProfessor.com are the parents: they want the best results and pragmatic applications of the education which their children are working hard to obtain.

A major premise here is that this testing helps provide the test takers with the information about the pros and cons about the jobs themselves. There is some learning involved regarding real-world applications of industries and their jobs, and OccupationProf.com wants to help provide some of that knowledge and savvy in advance, so that people can make the best choices for their best occupations. Making the best choices also means having the right inputs weighed accordingly: it's not just about salary expectations and it's not just about desire. Skills, talents and natural orientations: all of these are factors in OccupationProfessor.com test-taking. The right inputs, the right deliberations and the right upfront, visible criteria achieve the right recommendations and career considerations.

A great interview to help you and your thoughts on careers and OccupationProfessor.com. Click "Play" and hear the interview below: then get your membership.
